Hannah's 8th Birthday

 Today is Hannah's 8th birthday!  We had her friends birthday party yesterday and had lots of fun.  We let Hannah open her present from Abby Redfearn this morning and then she had to wait for the rest until after church and dinner.  She seemed to have a great day.  We sure love you Hannah!  Happy Birthday!

Sister Redfearn made matching baptism bracelets for the girls and gave it to them with a cute poem.  She also got a friendship bracelet that Abby made.

Hannah's 8th Birthday Party: Ice Skating!

Today was Hannah's birthday party for her 8th birthday!  She got to start her day by opening a present from Nayeli because she couldn't attend the party.  We went ice skating and had a really fun time with Hannah and her friends!

Hannah's 2nd Grade Class Birthday Treats

Today Ellie and I went in to Hannah's class to celebrate her birthday there.  We handed out two donuts in a baggie with a note that said, "8 is Great!  Thanks for helping me Celebrate!"  The kids thought it was great and Hannah's teacher, Mrs. Regan thought it was ingenious!  I wonder if she's heard of Pinterest?  We are excited to celebrate Hannah's 8th birthday this weekend!

TWO Jeannie's!!!

Ellie now has TWO Jeannie's!  We were able to find a new one and it came in the mail today.  Ellie is thrilled and has been carrying around both of them all day.  Ellie calls the new one the Mama Jeannie and the old one the baby Jeannie.  We are sure hoping that she will switch over to the new one, but we shall see.  

(Update:  Ellie doesn't pay the new one much attention.  Even if she loses the old Jeannie she doesn't want to new one as a replacement.  1/6/14)
