I took Hannah and Jacob in to the eye doctor today for their annual check-up. This was Jacob's first trip to the eye doctor and he was enjoying looking around at all of the contraptions and pictures. He was looking at a plastic eyeball on the counter when the doctor was in the room and I said, "Is that an eyeball Jacob?" He said, "Yes! It's gross!" The doctor said, "Why is it gross?" Jacob said, "Because eyeballs are yucky when they are out."
Luckily Jacob's eyes are still doing all right. No glasses for him, even though he wants them! Hannah needed an increase in her prescription is and is getting new lenses this week for her glasses.
